Unfortunately, scheduling is different from cameras or mortgages it seems. It is impossible to evaluate scheduling systems unless you actually have dozens (preferably hundreds) of people try it out. I have done that for two of the programs you list. AppointmentQuest I used for two years. They have absolutely ZERO customer service. They rarely return emails, don't even have a phone number and if you do get a response it is always "there is no way to solve your problem". The final straw was when they doubled my charges from $250-$500 without notice. So I switched to Appointment-plus. They are the complete opposite, but that turns out to not be good either. They are EXTREMELY responsive to the client. Adding features at the drop of a request. Unfortunately, they have also had many bugs or half-baked features that have backfired and angered my clients. I think they add features so fast that they don't check everything to make sure it works. I demoed japointments, but it didn't have enough features yet (flexible appointment lengths, group or private, 20 or more resources viewable on one page etc). I have also demoed flashappointments, jackrabbit and a few others.
